will enter into force on 16. March 2023.

Reason:  Modification made according to the ESMA 34-39-992 Guidelines on performance fees, change of the investment policy and the name of the Fund, following which the name of the Fund will be changed to:

VIG BondMaxx Total Return Bond Investment Fund
