 Aegon Alfa Absolute Return Investment Fund,

Aegon BondMaxx Total Return Investment Fund,

Aegon MoneyMaxx Total Return Investment Fund,

Aegon Maraton Active Mixed Investment Fund,

Aegon Panorama Derivative Investment Fund

 will enter into force on 1^st January 2022.

 Reason: Modification made according to the ESMA 34-39-992 Guidelines on performance fees in UCITS and certain types of AIFs, changes in the investment policy.

Furthermore:

• Aegon MoneyMaxx Total Return Investment Fund changes to Aegon MoneyMaxx Emerging Market Total Return Investment Fund, and changes the proposed minimum investment period.
• Aegon Maraton Active Mixed Investment Fund changes to Aegon Maraton Total Return Investment Fund, and changes the proposed minimum investment period.
