VIG Asset Management Hungary Closed Company Limited by Shares (registered office: 1091 Budapest, Üllői út 1., company registration number: 01-10-044261; hereinafter referred to as the “Fund Manager”), acting in accordance with Section 139 (1) points b) and f), and Section 139 (3) of Act XVI of 2014 on Collective Investment Schemes and Their Managers, and on the Amendment of Certain Financial Laws (the “CIA Act”), hereby informs its esteemed investors that, in line with Section 72 (4) point c) of the CIA Act, and based on Resolution No. H-KE-III-882/2025 of the National Bank of Hungary, it will amend, with effect from 6 February 2026, the documentation (prospectus, management regulations, key investor information) of the
VIG Maraton ESG Absolute Return Investment Fund.
Date of entry into force of the amendment: 6 February 2026
Reason for the amendment:
The incorporation of changes to the ESG criteria applied by the Fund in the management regulations, including the modification of commitments relating to the Fund’s ESG-promoting investments, the introduction of a new commitment regarding sustainable investments, and a statement concerning the application of the PAB criteria in relation to the exclusion list, and, on this basis, the name of the Fund.
Furthermore, the amendment includes the change of the official English name of the Fund, the update of the sections relating to the Fund’s cost structure and performance fee, as well as other additional clarifications.
The Fund Manager hereby respectfully informs Investors that, as of 6 February 2026, the name of the VIG Maraton ESG Absolute Return Investment Fund will be changed to VIG Marathon Selection Fund.
