VIG Asset Management Hungary Closed Company Limited by Shares (registered office: 1091 Budapest, Üllői út 1., company registration number: 01-10-044261, hereinafter: the Asset Manager) informs its Esteemed Clients, in accordance with the undertaking made in Section 36.1 of the Fund Rules of the VIG Central European Equity Fund (hereinafter: the Fund), that from 12 December 2025, the performance fee relating to the Fund’s HUF-SP series will be waived for an indefinite period.
