VIG Opportunity Developed Market Equity Fund
Effective date: 1 December 2025.
Reason for amendment: The amendment of the Fund’s official name in English, the update of the sections related to the Fund’s cost structure and performance fee, as well as other additional clarifications. (1.1.; 1.2.; 1.7.; 1.12.; 5.; 6.; 7.; 8.; 24.1.; 24.4.; 24.5.; 28.; 41.3.; 42.3.; 47. sections, as well as the definitions and Annexes No. 1 and No. 2)
Effective date: 30 December 2025.
Reason for amendment: Updating the sections relating to the Fund’s investment policy, cost structure and performance fee.
The Fund Rules hereby respectfully informs its Investors that the following amendments to the VIG Central European Equity Fund Management Regulations will enter into force on 30 December 2025: sections 12; 16; 36.1; 36.2; 36.3; 37; and 51.
