Announcement by VIG Asset Management Hungary Closed Company Limited by Shares on the expansion of the scope of distributors

Pursuant to point p) of Section 139 (1) of Act XVI of 2014 on Collective Investment Trusts and Their Managers, and on the Amendment of Financial Regulations (“Kbftv.”), the VIG Asset Management Hungary Closed Company Limited by Shares  (seat: 1091 Budapest, Üllői út 1.; company registration number: 01-10-044261; hereinafter referred to as the “Fund Manager”) hereby informs its esteemed investors that, in accordance with point b) of Section 72 (4) of the Kbftv., it has amended the fund documents (Prospectus and Management Policy) of

the VIG Active Beta Flexible Allocation Investment Fund,

the VIG InnovationTrend ESG Equity Investment Fund

and VIG SocialTrend ESG Equity Investment Fund.

 

Effective date: 22 July 2025.

Reason for amendment: The expansion of the Fund’s distribution network (new distributor: ).
